MDofPC Computer Service Rates
We have base computer repair service rates and a few optional rates that apply to various jobs.
Onsite PC Computer Service Rates
$35 onsite travel fee up to 30 miles
$35 per hour computer service fee is rounded up and starts upon arrival and ends at departure
Service calls close to 30 miles or over will have additional fuel surcharge from $1o to $20 to cover gas expenses and time
Parking fees are billed to customer on jobs that require special parking or lot parking
Same day rush service is available for a $20 fee, this will give your job priority
Onsite computer service work is not guaranteed and is not refundable
We can multitask and work on multiple machines at once if needed
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as checks, cash and money orders
Established Business clients will be invoiced with 30 day terms
Our average service call is 2 hours which turns into $105
Shop Computer PC Repair Service Rates
$35 hourly service rate is used for small tasks
$75 flat rate computer repair service includes all labor to complete the repair less parts (advanced data recovery services are extra)
Rush service is for $20 extra this puts your job as priority of all other non priority jobs and typically is a 24 hour service or in some cases same day
Some advanced services such as motherboard repairs and specialty jobs will have shop materials fee of $10 to $20 depending on resources required
All shop work has a 30 day warranty from date of completion
Free diagnostic quotes available but prices are subject to change after 30 days
Insurance claims are no problem and provide needed documentation or pictures
Replaced parts can returned by request otherwise we recycle them for you
If you have valuable data we backup first and then proceed work, if reloading we will transfer data back. We keep data on file for 90 days then its deleted
Our average shop service job is our $75 flat rate
